Preparing to Go Home

Checklist for Departure

Check-out time is before 12:00 noon. This is to ensure that we can get the room cleaned in enough time for another incoming family. If you would like to request a later check-out time, please let staff know. You are welcome to leave your belongings in our office after checking out if you need more time.

Prior to checking out of the house, please complete the following:

• Leave all linens on the beds and towels on the floor.
• Log out of any streaming accounts on the TV.
• Discard or take home all food in your room, refrigerator, and pantry. We welcome food donations of any unopened items. Return all dishes.
• Take all garbage and recycling to dumpster and bins in the parking lot.
• Return any items you have borrowed to the front desk & put your keys at the front desk.
• If you have not completed our guest survey, please do so! You can scan this QR code or go to ronaldmcdonaldhouseoregon.org and click on "Contact Us/Fill out family survey". We value your feedback!

Please make sure you have all of your belongings! We are unable to mail items left behind.

If you would like to submit a reservation for an upcoming stay, please go to our website: ronaldmcdonaldhouseoregon.org and click on "Stay With Us". Reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance.
