Yes, visitors are welcome 8am - 10pm. Please meet your visitor at the front desk to sign them in and sign them out when they leave.

No, we’re not able to accommodate pets or emotional support animals. Service animals are welcome and guests are required to sign a service animal agreement during check-in

How do I get meals?

We offer nightly dinners prepared by staff or volunteers in the kitchen. You’ll also have access to a 24/7 grab-and-go station, plus a free pantry and cooking spaces.

Free parking is available in our front parking lot. Please be sure to display your parking pass in your windshield.

Your Heartfelt Team works hard to keep the House tidy! Guests are responsible for keeping their rooms clean. Rooms are checked every week as part of our maintenence program. Cleaning supplies for guest room use are located in the laundry room. Please see us at the front desk with any questions - we are happy to help!

How do I report a maintenance issue?

You can submit a maintenance request in the app, call 458-221-1362, or let a staff member know. After 10PM, our security team is also available to help.
